Vidyalankar Polytechnic was started in the year 2002 after having secured permission from Govt. of Maharashtra and MSBTE.

The Vidyalankar Polytechnic offers the following Diploma Courses :

• Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering (ET) - 180 seats
• Computer Engineering (CO) - 180 seats
• Information Technology (IF) - 180 seats

It caters to students who have passed their Std. X and desire to get into the engineering profession in the three branches. The college boasts of an infrastructure that matches the best colleges in Mumbai and supported by the sound backing of the Board of Directors who are themselves Engineering Professionals. The three year diploma course lays a lot of emphasis on practical work.
