That is what a comittee ensures to achieve when it is established. VP is a house for many committees. The basis for all the committess is to facilitate the proper functioning of their respective jurisdiction.

In order to ensure that the committees whcih are formed by the institution for the efficient management of the insitution and the welfare of the students, the VP committes has 18 committees..
